Challenge:
Our client is a successful electronic components distributor, but they were struggling to reach their target audience through traditional means. The COVID-19 pandemic drastically changed the business landscape, and they had to pivot to full-time online sales and distribution. Email marketing was identified as a potential solution to reach a larger audience and drive traffic to their website.
The Solution
We worked with the client to segment their data based on department, title, and geographical location. Our in-house team researched and retrieved data based on the target industry provided by the client. We also implemented a four-step verification process to ensure the contact list was valid and warm-up emails were sent to improve deliverability. Additionally, we tested the emails for spam score before deployment.
The content and design of the emails were tailored to the client's requirements. We organized the data based on the client's needs and obtained permission to use the data for the email campaigns. We deployed the emails in both English and Chinese, as the target audience was in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Result
The client was very happy with the results and every month deployments were increased, In a month we deploy approximately 4-5 deployments
